Looking back at a successful EO Milan & EO Munich joined event in Sardinia
Early May we headed to beautiful Sardinia for a joined EO Milan & EO Munich event. The location chosen by the organiser was just fabulous. Sardinia is an Italian island situated in the mediterranean sea with amazing colours of beaches and sea. It was he perfect location for our gathering with a Navy Seal from Israel who was going to teach us all how to deal with peak performance. We learned a lot from our teachers, how to deal with stress and how to avoid to let stress having an impact on your performance. At the end of the training we got some real Navy Seal experience, practicing all we had learned in the pool.
Other then a great learning event, there was also plenty of time for socialising. Sharing experiences with like minded people in such a setting as we had in Sardinia is one of the great assets of being a member of EO. Thanks everyone for their great contribution to make this event a success!
